1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Random Walkers website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Random Walkers provides web development, mobile apps, automation, Zoho, SEO, AI solutions, and IT consulting. Scope is defined per project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code. Random Walkers retains rights to generic components and frameworks.
4. Payment Terms
30% deposit required. Remaining payments per milestones. Invoices payable within 30 days.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information including business data and technical specifications.
6. Liability
Liability limited to total amount paid. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Client pays for completed work.
8. Governing Law
Governed by French law. Disputes resolved through Paris courts.
